Watch the summer sun descend behind the Blue Ridge Mountains with acoustic music from local performers on Friday evenings! Bring lawn chairs and blankets to spread out for a picnic, or get here early for lawn seating.

Friday 5/17: Mojo Pie – Susan Munson and Frank Bechter on acoustic guitar and bass, playing their fun filled originals and eclectic covers. Their voices meld in rich harmony and they’ll have you singing along with them!

Friday 5/24: Richelle Claiborne & Tucker Rogers – Richelle & Tucker will warm your spirits as the sun goes down with their acoustic set of old favorites and new tunes.

Friday 5/31: Bob & Kenn Duo – Bob & Kenn play a variety of music genres including Classic Rock, Outlaw Country and Rock & Roll.


June

Friday 6/7: Max Mandu – Max Mandu is a singer-songwriter and cover artist based out of Charlottesville, playing a variety of classic and modern hits, from the Eagles and Tom Petty to Maroon 5 and Hozier. 

Friday 6/14: Bailey Hayes – Anything from country, to classic rock, to pop/soul, to folk, original music and more. His live shows will get you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside, and maybe even get you on the dance floor! 

Friday 6/21: Theocles – Taking the stage with nothing but a guitar, a loop pedal, and a mic, Theocles uses his soulful voice to carry the audience through a range of emotions, from tearful ballads to pop bangers.  

Friday 6/28: Tara Mills Duo – Inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains and the rich musical traditions tied to them. Original blue ridge mountain folk.


July

Friday 7/5: The Porch Dogs – Porch Dogs play it all: rock, pop, oldies, Americana, blues, country. Everything but opera. Two guys on a mission to entertain and have fun!

Friday 7/12: Joel Streeter Duo –  Joel Streeter (Boxed Lunch) and Chad Page (Project Bluebird) play acoustic versions of some of your favorite classic rock songs alongside original songs that may become your new favorites.

Friday 7/19: Max Mandu – Max Mandu is a singer-songwriter and cover artist based out of Charlottesville, playing a variety of classic and modern hits, from the Eagles and Tom Petty to Maroon 5 and Hozier. 

Friday 7/26: Her Checkered Past Duo – Boasting just a ukulele or acoustic guitar and an electric bass, these two singer-songwriters love harmonizing to the songs of Lucinda Williams, David Bowie, Prince, Patty Griffin and more.


August

Friday 8/2: Mark Bannon – Mark, of the Bannon Strings Band, plays family-friendly covers of classic rock, bluegrass, and folk music.

Friday 8/9: 2Wishes Duo – When Harry met Sally, there was a lot of confusion…But when Mike and Joy met and sang together, it was instant musical harmony! 

Friday 8/16: Ramona Martinez – Ramona Martinez, who fronts the up-and-coming Honky Tonk band, Ramona & the Holy Smokes, is a country singer-songwriter who pulls inspiration from her own life to write about heartbreak and hangovers. She also performs traditional Mariachi music.

Friday 8/30: Holly Teti – Holly is a singer-songwriter from New Jersey studying at the University of Virginia. Her songs focus on nostalgia, heartbreak, and coming of age with a comforting acoustic guitar in the background.


September

Friday 9/6: Take Two – Mostly jazz and blues, but because Eddie and Ayuko appreciate and have played many styles of music over the years, they also throw in various popular songs that people will recognize and enjoy.

Friday 9/13: Michael Mulvaney & Silent Bob – Playing an eclectic collection of Blue Americana songs integrating and combining and adapting many other genres of music.

Friday 9/27 – CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER: Luke Richard Powers – Virginia based singer-songwriter influenced by the genres of folk, americana, bluegrass and country.
