Group Trip Reservations

Plan a unique and fun outing for your group!

Organizing an outing for your church, youth group, bus tour, or corporate team? Experience Central Virginia from a new perspective at Carter Mountain. Enjoy fresh mountain air, breathtaking views, and a unique overlook of Charlottesville that your group won’t soon forget.

Our group package is offered by reservation 7 days/week June through August, and weekdays September through November. We do not offer packages on fall weekends. If you are coming on a fall weekend, please instead purchase Admissions Tickets

A minimum of 10 paying participants is required to book your visit. The entire group must arrive together and one payment is required.

Group visits are $12/person and include:

  • Welcome and brief orientation
  • ¼ peck bag for peaches or apples (pick-your-own (in season) or already-picked)
  • Fresh apple cider donut and a cup of cider

Add on a good ol’ fashioned tractor-drawn hayride for a scenic tour of the orchard at just $4/person ($40 minimum).
