Visit Chiswell

Plan Your Visit

With a glass in hand, enjoy the beautiful scenery from our lawn, or a cozy chair inside, where you’ll discover a variety of inviting spaces. While indoor seating is limited, there are many options for outdoor seating, including rocking chairs on the covered porch and dining tables on the lawn for small groups. You’re also welcome to bring your own folding chairs and blankets to sit further out on the hill. All seating is first-come, first-served.

Groups of eight or more may call in advance to reserve an indoor sitting room or semi-private outdoor space.

Wine is currently available by the glass, flight, or bottle. We also offer a curated selection of snacks that pair well with any of our wines.

Chiswell Farm & Winery is open year-round for guests to experience all four of Virginia’s seasons. Hours of operation vary by season. The last call for on-site consumption is 30 minutes prior to closing.
