Experience the great outdoors on a working farm! Bring your preschool, elementary school, daycare, summer camp, or homeschool group to Chiles Peach Orchard for a fun and educational environment. These experiences are available on weekdays during different fruit seasons.
Spring & Summer Field Trips
Strawberry Pickin’ ($11/person)
Weekdays, May–early June
- Educational story time to learn about the life cycle of a strawberry (age-appropriate)
- Scenic wagon ride through the orchard
- Pint container for pick-your-own strawberries
- Children’s coloring books
Peaches-N-Cream ($11/person)
Weekdays, late June–early September
- Educational story time to learn about the life cycle of a peach
- ¼ peck bag for pick-your-own peaches (if available) or ready-picked peaches
- Sample cup of peach frozen yogurt
Fall Field Trips
Apple Harvest ($10/person)
Weekdays, September–early November
- “Apple School” story time to learn about the life cycle of an apple (age-appropriate)
- Scenic wagon ride through the orchard
- ¼ peck bag for pick-your-own apples (4-5 apples)
- Children’s coloring books
Pumpkin Patch Adventure ($10/person)
Weekdays, late September–early November
- Educational story time to learn about a pumpkin’s life cycle (age-appropriate)
- Scenic wagon ride to the pumpkin patch
- Pick-your-own pie pumpkin (small pumpkin)
- Children’s coloring books
Fall Combo ($14/person)
Weekdays, late September–early November
- Educational story time for both apples & pumpkins (age-appropriate)
- Scenic wagon ride through the orchard
- Pick-your-own pie pumpkin (small pumpkin)
