A day of learning and outdoor fun!
Experience the great outdoors on a working farm! Bring your preschool, elementary school, daycare, summer camp, or homeschool group to Chiles Peach Orchard for a fun and educational environment. These experiences are available on weekdays during different fruit seasons.
Spring & Summer Field Trips
Strawberry Pickin’ Time ($14/person)
Weekdays, mid May–early June
- Educational time (age and SOL appropriate)
- Tractor-drawn hayride
- Pick your own strawberries (small container)
- Apple cider donut and cup of cider
- Souvenir coloring book to take home
Peaches-N-Cream ($14/person)
Weekdays, late June–early September
- Welcome and how to pick a peach instructional time
- Pick your own peaches (small bag)
- Small cup of peach frozen yogurt
- Souvenir coloring book to take home
- Free time in our courtyard for lawn games and relaxation
Fall Field Trips
Apple Harvest ($14/person)
Weekdays, September–November
- Educational time (age and SOL appropriate)
- Tractor-drawn hayride
- Pick your own apples (small bag)
- Apple cider donut and cup of cider
- Souvenir coloring book to take home
Pumpkin Patch Adventure ($14/person)
Weekdays, late September–October
- Educational time (age and SOL appropriate)
- Tractor-drawn hayride
- Pick your own small pie pumpkin
- Apple cider donut and cup of cider
- Souvenir coloring book to take home
Fall Combo ($16/person)
Weekdays, late September–October
- Educational time (age and SOL appropriate)

For All Field Trip Packages
- Allow approximately 1.5 hours, depending on group size
- Minimum of 15 paying participants (or minimum charges apply)
- Minimum of 1 teacher or responsible adult for every 10 children
- One FREE teacher or staff member for every 10 paying children. All other adults, siblings, parents, and chaperones will pay the same rate as students
