Rose Rozsa has over seventeen years of experience in the wine industry, most recently as a wine steward for a small French bistro. Led by Rose, guests will create their own charcuterie boards while learning to pair wine profiles with different flavors. Enjoy your creation at the winery or take it home with you; the choice is yours!
