Enchanted Orchard Days

Saturday & Sunday, November 1–2 | $6 per person or $10 for a two-day pass (ages 12+)

Hear ye, hear ye! Come one, come all to Chiles’ Enchanted Orchard Days!

Do you love stories of adventure, merriment, and companionship? Do Robin Hood and Lord of the Rings strike your fancy and ignite the heart? Join us for a weekend of fantasy and fun, embracing the ways of the olden times. Costumes are encouraged (even Halloween ones)!

Live music will be at our outdoor stage from 1–4 PM each day, while our pavilion will feature friendly animals from a local farm for petting.

LFA Catering will be on site both days from 10 AM–4 PM, serving smoked turkey legs, beef brisket, baby back ribs, smoked BBQ chicken quarters, southern fried catfish, and smoked wings.

The Wildlife Center of Virginia will be giving talks alongside their animal ambassadors on Saturday, with sessions at 10:30 AM and 12 PM.

• 10:30 AM: Meet three animal ambassadors from the Wildlife Center of Virginia! Learn their stories, fun species facts, and how wildlife conservation helps animals big and small.
• 12:00 PM: Meet two more animal ambassadors and discover the amazing adaptations that help them survive in the wild, plus more insights from the Wildlife Center team.

Then on Sunday, Latin teacher and Roman history expert Harry Rol will be here with his replica armor to talk about what life was like for Roman soldiers. Be sure to stop by and visit with Maid Marian as well from 11:30 AM -12:30 PM.

Come in a fantastical costume and peruse a wide selection of goods from local vendors, including candles, jewelry, and local artisans. Get your hair bedazzled, or have your face painted in the style of a mythical creature. Feast with our great selection of food, including our fall menu of hot apple cider, flavored coffees, ice cream and more for a fantastical fun weekend!

Meet & Greet Animals

4-H animals from the local farm of Eric Henschel and his family will be visiting us, available to pet and photograph from 10 AM–3 PM.

Live Music

The outdoor stage will have performances each day from 1–4 PM.

Tickets will be sold online and at the door for visitors 12 and older. Children under 12 years old do not need a ticket.
