Children’s Author Reading: “Chop-it-Chip” by Elaine Honeycutt

Join us for an exciting apple-based adventure in a new children’s book by a local author! Follow a young ninja chef from Japan to the United States as he learns to make an American classic: apple pie.

Author Elaine Honeycutt is a Midlothian-native mom and high school English teacher at Cardinal Newman Academy in Chesterfield, VA. Chop-it-Chip: Quest of a Ninja Chef, published by Creative Minds Publications, is her first children’s book, combining her passions for cooking and travel.

She will be reading Chop-it-Chip twice on Saturday, August 23, at 11 AM and noon. She’ll also be signing copies of the book, which will be available for sale.
